'Change of Mind' Returns
All full priced items may be returned for a full refund, within 7 days of receipt, excluding your postage cost. Sale items are able to be returned for an online store credit only.
All garments must be in original condition, with tags attached and must be unworn and unwashed. If items are returned otherwise, they will be returned to the sender.
You are responsible for the payment of returning your goods to Ritzi, and responsible for the items until they reach us.
We hope that you will love everything you buy from RITZI, however if this is not the case, we will refund any item you are unhappy with (excluding all postage costs) as long as the below steps are followed:
Step 1: Complete the online returns form below within 7 days of receiving the item/s
Step 2: Post the item/s to RITZI Boutique in original condition within 7 days of receiving the item/s.
Returns must be received in original condition, as defined: Unworn, Unwashed and Tags still attached.
Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition and is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. It is recommended that you (1) use a traceable delivery method for all returns and (2) insure your delivery for safe return to RITZI Boutique so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.
All items will be inspected upon dispatch to ensure there are no faults. In the unlikely event you receive a garment that is faulty, or the incorrect item is received, please email email@example.com with your order number, along with a photo of the fault, and we will assist you with next steps.
If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Complete the online returns form and select ‘Faulty’ as the reason for the return.
Step 2: Post the item/s to RITZI Boutique. Please include the receipt for return postage in the parcel so that the cost of returning the faulty item can be refunded.
The goods will be inspected and we will be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time
Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for all postage charges if receipt for return post is included in the returned parcel.
